If you do not want to deal with all the headaches of property management, you can hire a contractor to do this for you. You can find another real estate investor, adding only those functions to handle their charges.
You can also go with a management company that does this property only. You may have to pay a hefty fee, but it might be worthwhile if you do not have to do everything yourself.
In addition, these companies know what they do. They are professionals. They want to know how to get good tenants, take care of all legal aspects, keep the property with the necessary maintenance and throw your tenants if they need it.
