The reservation is the minimum price that the property go. Rarely tell you what that number is before the auction, but when the winning bid is successful, they will tell you if the reservation has been completed or not. Sometimes it is not a reservation. In fact, a lot of foreclosure auctions are not confidential, as banks are just trying to vent their inventory. Sometimes, if you have won a provider, you are given the opportunity to negotiate with the seller to buy a house anyway.
